The Lean Six Sigma "Black Belt" leads complex improvement and optimization projects in services or industry. It provides the company's strategic intelligence and determines the areas of improvement. As a referent, it oversees and coordinates operational action plans in compliance with the fundamentals of Six Sigma Lean. This training allows you to gain expertise and design new processes.

Objectives

Master the DMAIC approach to manage projects independently
Be able to supervise Green Belt Lean Six Sigma
Play an active role in the deployment of Six Sigma Lean within your company
Gain expertise in Lean Six Sigma process
Use statistics to identify the root causes of a problem and solve them in a sustainable way
Be able to form the DMAIC method

Pedagogy

  • 9 days of training in Presential in 3 sessions of 3 days including 1 day of collective coaching + 1 day of individual coaching in Distanciel between sessions
  • 1 hour of preliminary interview with each trainee to evaluate and choose a project to be carried out during the training course.

  • The complete factorial design, the fractional factorial design, exercise on Minitab & catapult

Advanced capability:

  • Normal law with only 1 limit, attribute data  [Process Z-value]
