General guidelines of the APN® partnership
The APN® partnership framework is intended to best solve the “usual weaknesses” of small consulting structures:
• Relative isolation
• Relatively weak commercial position
• Willingness to work more as a team
• Lack of experience in contractual terms
• Difficulties in satisfying requests from purchase departments of large groups
