Counselling is above all a process



During this step the Axsens bte teams will take knowledge the company’s context and challenges. To do this, Axsens bte uses internationally recognized diagnostic methods and tools. This step is based on analysis of quantitative datas, field observations and personal interviews. It allows to identify constraints, to map the value flow, to establish a critical analysis of the existing situation.




Based on the diagnosis, the Axsens bte team works with its clients to formalize the main orientations, identify the issues and assess the feasibility of the solutions and the necessary resources. During this stage, particular attention is paid to the conditions for successful transformation (change management).

Consultants at your service

Yanis CALDER : More than 20 years of experience in Industrial Methods initially acquired in the manufacturing industry. He joined Axsens bte in 2007 as an internal trainer and has been working regularly in the aeronautics sector since then. He is more particularly expert in time measurement and workstations optimization (ergonomics, organization, balancing) but also in tools method and quality, in support to the implementation of quality certification; in the implementation of continuous improvement and process optimization.

Abedelmoumen EL FASSI : Consultant since June 2010 at Axsens-bte, he carries out numerous assignments (Training, Evaluations & Coaching) all over the world on various subjects: Aeronautical Requirements, Industrial Maturity Assessment, Industrial Methods & Tools, APQP, etc.

Emmanuel LABRID : With more than 10 years spent in a large transport and logistics group at European scale, Emmanuel has acquired operational expertise in route optimization, transport tendering and logistics optimization processes. With his loader side transport experience, Emmanuel is strengthening his expertise in the field with a close and constant monitoring of the latest innovations.
