Our consulting range

Globalisation, new technologies and the health crisis create an increasingly unstable business environment. Companies face an increasing need for agility and ever more rapid adaptation. Their competitiveness is at stake: they need to understand changes they are facing quickly and identify the most effective levers for action.

Axsens bte consultants support their clients to allow them to take a step back, to see the bigger picture, and to integrate best practices, sometimes issued from different sectors. They open up new ways to clarify strategic issues, while fully integrating all operational aspects, thus guaranteeing the feasibility of the selected solutions.

The trust established between Axsens bte consultants and its clients is the essential ingredient of the success of our consulting assignments. Trust is built through respect. We master the methods and tools while our clients know their business and their context. All of our projects are based on this complementarity.

We provide all relevant information on the pros and cons related to the decision making process, so that our clients can visualize and control the results of their decisions.

We propose tailor-made consulting services, fully adapted to each client situation according to the maturity of the teams and the desired rate of change.

Consulting is above all a process

1

Diagnosis

As a first step, the Axsens bte teams will get to know the client’s context and challenges. To do this, Axsens bte uses internationally recognized diagnostic methods and tools. Based on analysis of quantitative data, field observations and personal interviews, our approach enables us to identify constraints, to map the value flow and to establish a critical analysis of the existing situation.

2

Guidelines

Based on the diagnosis, the Axsens bte team works with their clients to formalize their vision, identify the issues and assess the feasibility of the solutions and the necessary resources. During this stage, particular attention is paid to the conditions for successful transformation (change management).

3

Action plans

Axsens bte uses efficient and agile project management methods guaranteeing compliance with commitments (safety, quality, lead time, cost) and in line with the pace of the transformation decided by the company. All actors must be involved in the transformation of their company — this is crucial to sustainable results.
