A.In a managerial situation in an environment seeking human performance

Teaching methods

a) Theoretical contributions and appropriation exercises. Testimonies may be brought by participants to enrich the exchanges.

  • Workshop to build a managerial skills mapping
  • Workshop on an assessment interview of managerial skills with his N+1
  • Workshop on the development of a management framework (activities + skills) associated with leadership
